专利摘要:
A roller, magnetically compensated and adjusted for deflection, has a non-rotating axle with ends having a load imposed thereat and a cylindrical shell rotatably supported by bearings on the axle. A magnetic core is formed in the axle and has in transverse section a plurality of pole shoes spaced from the shell by an air gap. A plurality of electromagnetic windings, each wound on the core at a corresponding one of the pole shoes, produce a magnetic force in a manner whereby the magnetic flux through the air gap between the pole shoes and the shell produces a compensating force field between the shell and the core.

SHAFT WITH MAGNETIC COMPENSATION AND / OR ADJUSTING ITS DEFLECTION, loaded at the ends, mainly a pressing roller or a calender of a paper machine, containing a non-rotating axis, a cylindrical sleeve mounted for rotation in bearings on an axis, made in the form of a magnetic core along its entire length with two pole blocks mounted with an air gap ^ relative to the sleeve, a device for creating a magnetomotive force with a magnetic flux closing on a magnetic core is installed on pole blocks to provide a magnetic flux passing through the air gap, compensating for the forces between the roll sleeve and the magnetic core: characterized in that, in order to increase the accuracy of pressure control by increasing the effective area of the air gap, the magnetic core has an additional pole block, and two pole blocks are diametrically opposite one another, while the additional block is installed at an equal distance between them for passage Denia magnetic flux generating compensating force therethrough.
